Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a digital product or subscription from PS Results (the trading name of a UK sole trader) through ps-results.uk or psresults.co.uk. By buying, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] before you buy.

What you are buying

Our products are digital: PDF downloads (for example The Complete Gutter Cleaning Ad Swipe File and The Meta Ads Sales Course) and, for The Inner Circle, membership of a WhatsApp group where you can post your ad campaigns and settings for feedback, with new material added over time. Nothing physical is posted. Delivery is by email to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us and we will resend it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken by card through Stripe at the point of purchase. The Inner Circle is a monthly subscription: the monthly price shown is charged when you join and then automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel The Inner Circle at any time by emailing [email protected] or messaging Peter in the group. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and nothing further is charged after that.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee. If you buy The Meta Ads Sales Course, the swipe file, or the course upgrade and decide within 14 days that it is not worth it, email [email protected] and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you agree that delivery starts straight away and that the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is replaced by our guarantee above, which is at least as generous.

The Inner Circle subscription is refundable for the current month if you ask within 14 days of the charge.

Due to the immediate digital delivery and proprietary nature of our training materials, all sales are final unless an explicit money-back guarantee is expressly specified on the designated program sales and checkout page.

Using what you buy

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the material in your own business. You may adapt the ads and templates for your own campaigns. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the PDFs, the ad creative or the group content, or pass them to anyone outside your business. Everything remains the copyright of PS Results.

No guarantee of results

The results quoted on our pages (for example 406 leads at £3.97 each from £1,612.30 of ad spend) are real figures from one client's campaign. They are not a promise of what you will get. Advertising results depend on your area, your offer, your budget, your follow-up and factors outside anyone's control. We teach you what worked; running it is down to you.

The Inner Circle group

The group is for members to learn and ask questions. Be civil. We may remove anyone who is abusive, who spams the group, or who shares the content outside it, without refund.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss of profit, business or revenue arising from using our products, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints and law

If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] and we will sort it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
